Paula purchased the company in 1989 and continually strives to keep C&S an employment leader in Central Missouri. Paula attended Lincoln University in pursuit of a business administration degree and is a Certified WBE and member of NAPS, ASA, WITO, AIMS, and a member of the Jefferson City and Columbia, Chambers of Commerce. She serves on the board for the Missouri Credit Union, Big Brothers Big Sisters and Zonta. She has received local awards such as Who's Who in Mid Missouri 2002, Program of Excellence, and the Small Business of the Year 2000. Paula and her staff put on a Relay for Life BBQ every year, raising money for the American Cancer Society. She also participates in the March of Dimes' "Blue Jeans for Babies" fundraiser.
