Salary/hours for Customer Service/Help Desk Specialist: $12.91/hr. (Monday-Friday; 8 a.m.-5 p.m.)

Responsibilities for Customer Service/Help Desk Specialist:

  • day-to-day telephone contact with Missouri Medicaid enrollees
  • assisting participants with questions related to their MO HealthNet claims and benefits in accordance with policies and procedures

Requirements for Customer Service/Help Desk Specialist:

  • good customer service skills
  • computer skills
  • fluent in Spanish
