Salary/hours for Customer Service/Help Desk Specialist: $12.91/hr. (Monday-Friday; 8 a.m.-5 p.m.)
Responsibilities for Customer Service/Help Desk Specialist:
- day-to-day telephone contact with Missouri Medicaid enrollees
- assisting participants with questions related to their MO HealthNet claims and benefits in accordance with policies and procedures
Requirements for Customer Service/Help Desk Specialist:
- good customer service skills
- computer skills
- fluent in Spanish
