C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire Participant Services/Help Desk Specialist position located in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Participant Services/Help Desk Specialist: $12/hr. (Monday-Friday; 8 a.m.-5 p.m.)

Responsibilities for Participant Services Help Desk Specialist:

  • day-to-day telephone contact with Missouri Medicaid enrollees
  • assisting participants with questions related to their MO HealthNet claims and benefits in accordance with policies and procedures

Requirements for Participant Services Help Desk Specialist:

  • at least two years of experience in telephone customer service
