Staffing Supervisor

C&S is seeking to fill an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire Staffing Supervisor at WiPro in Jefferson City.

Staffing Supervisor hours: Monday-Friday (8 a.m.-5 p.m.)

Staffing Supervisor responsibilities include:

  • Recruit, interview, and assign applicants to meet client needs
  • Schedule interviews between employees, clients, and the staffing service
  • Provide guidance and orientations to employees in preparation for their assignments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies between employees, clients, and their job assignments
  • Collaborate with other Staffing Specialists (HR team members) in order to best fit client and employee needs
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to build strong, long-term relationships
  • Work with unit supervisors to develop training materials for their units. Serve as a training resource for units
  • Manage all internal training documentation and support materials
  • Prepare training materials utilizing different formats, such as handouts, Power Point slides, or test Internet screens
  • Document and track metrics regarding employee and client satisfaction and quality

Staffing Supervisor requirements include:

  • BA or BS in Business Administration OR at least three (3) years direct experience in business administration, marketing, and/or human resources
  • Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Works well both in teams and independently
  • Organized, efficient, flexible, and able to adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to listen to candidates and assess suitability and interest in employer positions
  • Able to listen to employer and understand specific candidate qualifications required to meet the client’s needs
  • Knowledge of multi-line phones, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and able to learn software specific to the staffing industry
  • Knowledge of human resource topics including, but not limited to, recruiting, application process, interviewing, hiring, benefits, turnover analysis, job skills analysis, staff development, and employment law
  • Recruiting experience preferred
  • Medicaid or medical experience a plus (but not required)
